Writing a grant takes time, dedication, creativity, and a clear vision for how additional resources can make a difference for our students. From developing an idea and identifying a need to writing the proposal and explaining the impact it can have on student learning, grant writing is an important part of supporting innovative opportunities in our school!
These grants provide valuable resources that help bring new ideas, experiences, and learning opportunities to our students! We are grateful for educators who are willing to put in the extra effort to advocate for our students and make their ideas a reality!
CONGRATULATIONS, Ms. Jaimes, Ms. Salazar, and Mr. Baldwin! Thank you for your dedication to the students of Hollibrook!

Keeping Every Child safe starts with awareness, education and open conversations.
SBISD Police encourages families to talk with their children about firearm safety, including the importance of never handling a firearm and knowing what to do if they encounter one:
Never touch it.
Leave the area immediately.
Tell a trusted adult.
Take a few minutes to watch this important safety message and continue the conversation at home.

Our students loved having the "big kids" visit and sharing the joy of reading together! We truly appreciate the time they took to inspire our young readers and help foster a love of books and learning.
Thank you, SFMS NJHS and Student Council for being such a wonderful partner and supporting our students!

The Spring Branch Education Foundation (SBEF) brought some exciting news to campuses across SBISD, surprising teachers and staff with more than $300,000 in grants for the 2026–27 school year. We went along for the ride to capture their reactions. Thank you to the Foundation, its board and our generous community for investing in our educators and supporting our promise to inspire minds and shape lives for Every Child.
